Continues to go downhill. Each time I've gone fewer of the brushes work on the drive through. This time the entire right side of the car was unwashed. Won't be giving them any more chances. Too bad. The staff is very friendly and thorough.
Paid extra for "rim scrub" and under carriage wash. I wish I could post pictures here to show how bad the rims came out and the amount of salt on frame and wheel wells. Also tipped 5 bucks. Had I known how bad of a job was done...
They do a very good job making sure the car or truck is clean.
